Was out here before the time quoted. Did a cam inspection and found a pvc cap stuck in our main line and removed said cap that was left by previous company that did work on the lines before. Very thankful we called this company. Very courteous and professional.

Cody and Parker were pleasant and fast in getting to the problem. They were prepared to protect indoor walls and surfaces as they began the work. CLEANED AND SANITIZED afterwards!!!

We called 5 places in the morning and Cody was able to come out that day within a couple hours of calling. I informed Cody of the broken main sewer pipe line problem and he was able to walk me through the types of solutions they could do and the pricing. His experience and experts were so helpful and he was so kind. I went with Great Lakes because of their service and professionalism. We will keep them on speed dial for all future plumbing needs.

Great service! I had septic issue, called early on a Saturday morning and Cody showed up an hour later. Turned out to be a much bigger job than he anticipated, but not one complaint. He discovered a failed lift pump (after digging down 3 feet times two locations to get to the tank lids!). Added two risers to ease future maintenance and had a new, more easily serviceable pump setup in a few hours. Saved my weekend at the vacation cottage!!
And, to top it off, he thought of a little item he could improve on (would probably work fine the way it is, but he is thinking really long term a little improvement is better) and plans to come back out and take care of that.
So great to see a customer service oriented young man just gettin it done and grinding through on the weekend. Thank you Cody (and Austin for bringing out the pump truck and parts).
